WHAT IS LASER TAG?

Team Tactics is an indoor facility providing a more sophisticated version of laser tag called combat simulation. The facility features multiple urban-themed arenas, seven different realistic-looking weapons to choose from and over 50 objective-based missions that will continuously challenge combatants. Come in and enjoy the ultimate experience with the newest technology in laser tag.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER?

Yes. Registration is required for all combatants. Individuals must be 18 years or older to register. Players under 18 must have a parent/legal guardian register for them. Save time now and register online.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

We are designed for ages 7 and up, although we can accommodate younger combatants with assistance from their parents. Missions are based on objectives using leadership and communication skills, not necessarily physical strength, in order to win.

CAN I PLAY ON MY OWN, OR DO I NEED TO BRING A GROUP?

Much like a pick-up game, missions run continuously and teams fluctuate in size depending on traffic. If you would like to bring a group, that is encouraged as well. Booking an event is the best way for making sure your group stays together for missions.

DO WE GET THE ARENA TO OURSELVES?

Most players participate when our facility is open to the general public. You may book an event and pay for a private regulator to run missions just for your group during open hours or you may also rent the entire facility during off hours. IS IT SAFE?

Team Tactics is committed to providing a safe environment for its customers. All weapons are eye-safe. The core technology used is infrared light. Infrared is on the safe side of the visible spectrum, using an infrared beam no stronger than a television remote. Our Regulators are in the arenas and monitor each mission to ensure all Rules of Engagement are being followed.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE?

Comfortable clothes and a pair of closed-toe shoes (athletic shoes recommended).

DO I NEED TO PAY TO RENT EQUIPMENT?

Everything you need for a successful mission is included - no extra costs.

I HAVE A PHYSICAL DISABILITY, CAN I PLAY?

We hope so! All of our arenas are on one floor - no stairs or ramps. We have multiple weapons, including pistols. Our missions require team work and not everyone has to quickly move around. Some team members may take on roles that require them to be stationary. Please call us to discuss or to arrange a free tour - we'll figure it out together!

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN BEVERAGES OR FOOD INTO THE FACILITY?

We do not permit outside food or drinks in our facilities. The only exception is a birthday cake/treat with a reserved group event. We have a wide variety of food and beverage selections available for purchase in our Combat Café.

WHEN CAN I HAVE MY EVENT?

Team Tactics will host events any day of the week. Mondays and Tuesdays are best. However, private events can also be hosted before we open to the general public. You may also select a time during our open hours, but keep in mind your group will participate in missions with the general public and may not be able to stay together for each mission.

HOW MANY PEOPLE DO I NEED TO BE CONSIDERED A GROUP?

The minimum number of people required for a group package is between 8-10. Please contact us at info@teamtactics.us in order for us to provide you the minimum number of people for your event.

DO YOU HAVE A VIEWING AREA?

We have live camera feeds on several TV monitors where you can see all the action.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY EVENT?

Yes, you may reschedule your event after the booking is done (subject to availability). Contact us and we will help you. Please, note that deposits are non-refundable.
